About the Chef

My name is Mitch Andrews, and I am lucky to call myself a Fort Collins native. I adore all of the beautiful pieces of this community and have been so fortunate to call it my home for the last 30 years. From a young age I’ve always loved to cook, starting this company has made my childhood dreams and passion for food come to life. Sharing that passion with others is one of my true loves in life, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Andrews Catering Company is built on a foundation of my love of food, and the experiences we get to share while enjoying it. Throughout my blossoming culinary career, I have opened and operated two food trucks, worked for a local salsa company, and have helped other culinarians with their dreams. I am ecstatic to be able to focus my passion on my food dreams now. I have had great fortune to be trained by world class instructors at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder Colorado, where I attained my associates degree. Culinary school was the push I needed to create a lifelong career out of something I love doing. I’ve since been given the opportunity to meet and work alongside many influential and inspiring individuals along the way. With the help of Juli y Juan’s Kitchen I have been able to make the beginning of my food dreams come true, and we are just getting started! I believe in working together to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts, I look forward to experiencing and sharing that with you.  My team and I are driven to provide you with the personalized dining experience of your dreams!
